Terms of Service

You may use yaya only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the text you submit, the languages you choose, and how you use the output.

Some features require a yaya account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

• yaya currently offers a hosted trial period for eligible new accounts. Trial eligibility may change or end at any time.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe customer billing portal.
• Deleting your yaya account cancels active Stripe subscriptions before deleting the account. Previously completed charges and accounting records may still be retained as required by law.
• The BYOK lifetime plan is a one-time payment for continued access to yaya's BYOK mode for the supported life of the product; your separate OpenAI usage remains billed by OpenAI.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

If you choose Bring Your Own Key mode, you are responsible for your OpenAI account, billing, and compliance with OpenAI's terms. yaya does not control OpenAI's pricing, model behavior, availability, or retention policies for requests made with your own key.

yaya uses AI systems to generate translations, rewrites, notes, and text-to-speech output. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, awkward, or misleading. You should review important output before relying on it for school, work, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

• Do not use yaya to break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use yaya to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or if continued operation is not commercially or legally feasible.

yaya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
