Delete your yaya account

• Open yaya from your menu bar.
• Open Settings.
• Select Delete account and confirm the request.

• Send the request from the email address on your yaya account.
• Use the subject line: Delete my yaya account.
• If you cannot send from that address, explain the situation and provide enough detail for us to verify ownership.

• We will verify the request before deleting the account.
• After deletion, you will lose access to your yaya account, hosted trial status, and plan history tied to that account.
• We will delete or de-identify associated account records unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

yaya attempts to cancel active Stripe subscriptions before deleting your account. If Stripe cannot confirm cancellation, the account is not deleted and you can try again or contact support.
